Erin is your typical geeky gamer girl… mostly. Different games, different consoles – she dabbles with them all. Plus, as a 20something pop culture junkie, she harbours an insatiable appetite for cosplay!

Erin is Todd’s long-term girlfriend. Like many femmes in gaming comics, Erin is often the voice of reason in the Girlz ‘N’ Games gang. Often though; not always – because given the right trigger, she is just as prone to irrational, immature behaviour as the guys.

The male lead character of Girlz ‘N’ Games, Todd is Erin’s significant other and general “partner in crime.” Resistant to responsibility and growing up, Todd has the tendency to push things too far. This is especially true when it comes to online shopping – Todd’s kryptonite.

Along with a passion for gaming (particularly flight sims and the Grand Theft Auto series), Todd is a complete gadget slut, always in looking out for a shiny new toy – often to dismantle.

Eternal bachelor Dorian is Todd and Erin’s best friend. Good looking and witty, Dorian is popular with the ladies… only he is blind to it. You see, Dorian suffers from arrogant narcissism. As a result he spends a great deal of time bemoaning his singledom – yet is unaware of the affections that some very attractive, very loose, women have for him.

Given Dorian’s lousy relationship track record, Erin has taken it upon herself to find his geeky true love and end his bad breakup streak once and for all.

Gary is Erin and Todd’s reliable “fallback friend.” Quiet and shy, Gary’s desire for company means he is often (knowingly) taken advantage of, especially when it comes to his extensive Guitar Hero and Rock Band collection of games, downloaded tracks and accessories.

Initially prone to lurking around Erin and Todd, Gary has since established himself as an invaluable member of the Girlz ‘N’ Games gang. He currently even acts as group’s Dungeons & Dragons DM.

Hulking, mostly mute and bad tempered, the Ex-Bok ended up in Todd and Erin’s home when one of Todd’s biggest impulse purchases combined with a “punny” misunderstanding.

Unable to return the Ex-Box, Todd and Erin have found assorted uses for the burly former rugby player. These include putting his muscle to good use scaring away Jehovah’s Witnesses, and providing physical back-up when intense geek debates flare out of control.
